Basically here is what you need to do:

1. Get an auto-responder account at http://www.bbomail.com
2. Create a list for free signups
3. Put that list into the two Aweber forms on index.html and fullbooksalespage.html
4. Set the thank you page in both cases to the freechapterdownload.html
5. In the first message in that auto-responder give them the link to the sales page
6. Add a PayPal payment button to the sales page, with the thankyou page being the download page.
